My name's Darren Goodson. I've been buying property and real estate in the UK and Estonia since 1995. I'm not a guy with incredible amounts of money. I started out with about £1000, used it as a deposit on a flat, bought some more flats along the way and now own a UK and Estonian property portfolio worth around £3m.
In the 12 years I've been at it, I've learned a lot about buying property and letting it out. But the UK no longer offers investors like me, or you, the chance to make really big profits.
That's what's so wonderful about Eastern Europe.

- The Romania economy will be free to trade with the rest of the EU meaning massive export growth potential.
