Rose Garden apartments
Rose Garden Apartments is a brand new development being released in 4 phases consisting of 908
apartments. The project site has a total area of 25,720 sq m. The project consists in eleven (11) apartment
buildings between 10 to 12 stories high.
A storage room is available for each apartment and located in the basement. All apartment are cable TV ready

Unirii, being the most central location has premium rental prices. More affluent neighourhoods such as in the outskirts north of Bucharest have similar or even higher prices. Bucharest’s west side is the least expensive but also the least popular area. Downtown and surrounding areas such as Vatra, Luminoasa, Titan, Pallady, Baba Novac and Dristor can be rented out at similar rental prices. Students, both local and foreign, are favour these areas for their proximity to Universities, restaurants, bars, clubs, and shops.
