Property guru's Eastern promise

A Canary Wharf property guru has published a second book on how to make a mint by buying abroad.
Darren Goodson bought his first property in the UK aged 21, 13 years ago. He started buying up apartments in Estonia in 2003.
Now he owns 11 properties in Estonia and five in the UK. He is already the proud author of How to profit from one of the biggest property booms in Eastern Europe, which gives advice on investing in property in Estonia.
Darren's latest book is a follow-up to his first one, advising would-be property speculators on how to make their fortunes in Romania property.
He said: "I started off writing advice on how to buy property abroad for friends and family last year, but it turned into a book.
"I will be buying a property in Romania next year".
"It's still good to invest in the UK long-term, but in terms of making a greater return on your investment you're more likely to make money in Eastern Europe".
"Their GDP is projected to increase to come in line with the rest of Europe over the next 10 years".
