Location:

Unirii, being the most central location have premium rental prices. More affluent neighourhoods such as in the outskirts north of Bucharest have similar or even higher prices. Bucharest’s west side is the least expensive but also the least popular area. Downtown and surrounding areas such as Vatra, Luminoasa, Titan, Pallady, Baba Novac and Dristor can be rented out at similar rental prices. Students, both local and foreign, are favour these areas for their proximity to Universities restaurants, bars, clubs, and shops.
